Free Cloud Delivery

  • New Cloud delivery is now free. Yes, actually free. Files within the free allotment upload once and get a durable share link — the recipient downloads whenever they like, no need for both sides to be online.
  • New The perkoon CLI (v0.5.0) is now fire-and-forget: small files relay through free cloud delivery and the command exits immediately with a working link. Larger files stream direct P2P as before — force either with --relay or --p2p.
  • Improved AI agents get the same upgrade: the MCP server (v0.3.0) and every agent surface now deliver small files without babysitting a peer connection.

Queued P2P Transfers

  • New Hit send before the receiver joins — the transfer queues and fires automatically the second they show up. No more coordinating "are you online?" over text.
  • New Transfer confirmation modals — staged ("Queue & Wait") and direct ("Send Now") flows with a "don't show again" option so power users aren't nagged
  • Improved P2P messaging reframed across the entire site — the real limitation is one-to-one (one sender, one receiver), not "both online." Cloud is for one-to-many distribution.
